Moveology Physical Therapy & Wellness treats all orthopedic conditions. Kristen has 19 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and has treated all conditions from head to toe. Kristen is also Vestibular Therapy Certified and can treat dizziness, vertigo, post-concussion, balance/falls.
PT Evaluation & Follow-Ups
Includes:
~ 60-minute one on one customized treatment sessions with a Physical Therapist
~ Comprehensive Evaluation of your condition: strength, range of motion, Gait, Posture, functional movements
~ Education on your condition, progress, and how to treat it; ongoing Education for self-care techniques, lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness
~ Targeted Manual Therapy, Exercises, Pain Management Techniques
~ Home Exercise Program & On-going Support from your Physical Therapist
Pricing:
$125 for PT Evaluation & Individual Follow-Up Sessions
PT 5 & 10 Visit Packages
~ PT packages require an evaluation at $125, a PT referral from a physician, and your PT must set a Plan of Care consistent with your condition and needs.
~ Your PT will discuss the packages option with you to determine if a package is right for you and your condition.
Pricing:
~ 5 Sessions: $550 (that’s $110/session, a $75 savings)
~ 10 Sessions: $1000 (that’s $100/session, a $250 savings)
PT Continuity Program
Includes:
~ 1 In-Person or Virtual session/month
~ Access to your Physical Therapist via phone or email anytime
~ Customized Exercise Programs
30-minute Recovery Sessions ( 1 included in 3-month membership, 2 included in 6-month membership; none included in month-month, but may be purchased as add-on)
~ Eligibility determined by your Physical Therapist, but only for clients that have participated in PT and have transitioned out of formal PT. This is a monitoring program, and NOT considered Physical Therapy.

~ Month to Month: $125
~3-month membership: $110/month
~6-month membership: $100/month

Moveology Physical Therapy & Wellness is a Medicare Part B Provider, and can work with all Medicare Part B patients. Moveology Physical Therapy & Wellness will submit all claims to Medicare on your behalf.

Moveology Physical Therapy & Wellness is out-of network with all other Insurance providers. We are a Self-Pay Mobile Concierge service. This allows us to come to you, and tailor programs specifically to your needs without visit/procedure limitations placed by Insurance providers. You will know upfront the full amount for services rendered, with no surprise bills/charges. A Superbill will be provided for all Physical Therapy services that you may submit to your Insurance Provider. However, it is your responsibility to contact your Insurance provider and determine your out-of network benefits. We will be happy to guide you in this process, but you will be responsible for contacting your insurance. Please note, wellness services are not covered by most Insurance providers or Medicare.
