Kristen McGregory-Hair, PT

Kristen has been a PT since 2004, solely practicing in DFW. She has worked primarily in outpatient orthopedic settings to include, private practice, physician-owned practices, hospital based outpatient, sports physicals, and corporate work injury clinics. Kristen also has experience treating patients in inpatient hospital facilities, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehab facilities, and pain management clinics. This allows her to treat patients with an understanding of the continuity of care required for maximum functional independence.

Throughout her career, Kristen has provided a hands-on approach to patients, developing an individual treatment plan for each patient and using Manual Therapy skills combined with exercises and education for optimal recovery.

Kristen is a Proud Texan, and grew up in the North Texas area. She has called DFW home for the past 19 years. In her free-time, Kristen enjoys exploring new places and foodie experiences across DFW with her husband, walking trails with their two dogs, and Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) on area lakes. She has won and placed in multiple SUP races across Texas. She also keeps busy surfing and traveling.
